Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
